How dthas handles the limited personal data this site processes. Written to be read, not to obscure.
dthas is the independent studio of Deniz Tan Hasdemir, based in Den Haag, Netherlands (KvK 42097105). dthas is the controller for the personal data described here.

When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, an optional company name and your message. It is delivered to the studio by Web3Forms, a form backend that forwards the submission by email; the data is used only to read and answer your enquiry.
It is never sold or used for advertising. Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work.
Visits are measured with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and records only aggregate counts such as page views and referrers. No profile of you is built.
The contact page can show a Google Map. It loads only after you choose to open it, so nothing is requested from Google until you click. Links to external sites such as LinkedIn open in a new tab and are governed by those sites own policies.
Fonts are served from this domain, so no third-party font provider receives your IP address.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare as static files. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address to serve the pages and protect the site against abuse.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data dthas holds about you, or to restrict or object to its use. Email dthastech@gmail.com and it will be handled.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
